Villkor
- All prices are excluding VAT
- Exposure is only offered to actors who have a contracted event ongoing in the building
- Delivered material must maintain good quality, good tone and meet the technical requirements according to specifications
- Material is delivered to UKK no later than three working days before exposure start
- UKK reserves the right to refuse material that does not meet quality requirements, is delivered late or conflicts with UKK’s mission and/or values

Internet
Free wireless internet connection is available throughout the building. However, the network capacity is limited when many users connect simultaneously. If you have special requirements for high capacity and secure connection, we are happy to offer this in connection with the conference booking.
El
The venue rental includes use of existing electrical outlets and electricity usage (220v/10A/2000w). Additional electricity and extension cords are quoted upon request.
Hörslingor & förstärkare
In the Main Hall, on the balcony in Hall B, in Hall C and in conference rooms K1-K6 there are hearing loops. In the Main Hall, Hall B and when needed in Hall D there is the possibility for guests with hearing impairments to use an amplifier. The amplifier works at all seats in the halls and is available for loan at the box office.
The amplifier is available in limited quantities. It is worn around the neck, and guests with hearing aids set them to T-mode (as with a telephone loop). The amplifier can also be used together with headphones that use a 3.5 mm cable (headphones are not available for loan and must be brought by the guest). When borrowing, the amplifier is checked out at the box office. The guest returns the amplifier to the ushers after the event ends and is liable for replacement if the amplifier is not returned.
