Hall D on the entrance level has over 900 m² of exhibition space. Hall B, Hall C, and the various foyers are also suitable for smaller exhibitions.

Car Exhibition
It is possible to showcase cars at Uppsala Concert & Congress, both on stage, outdoors, or in our large exhibition hall. UKK must approve the layout with car placements at least one month before the event. To display a car in the building, load-distributing plates must always be used under the wheels. Please note that no heavy vehicles may drive on the ground surface directly
adjacent to the entrances.

In the Main Hall, there is an opportunity to showcase a passenger car on stage. Load-distributing plates with minimum dimensions: width 40 cm, depth 40 cm, thickness 1 cm must be used under the wheels at the display location, and mats must be placed under the tires. Maximum vehicle weight is 2,000 kg. To transport a passenger car onto the Main Hall stage, the car must go through our loading dock and fit in the cargo elevator.

Hall D is our exhibition hall on the entrance level, where multiple cars can be displayed. Ceiling tracks allow the venue to be divided into smaller sections using drapes to create “rooms within rooms.” Cars enter through the middle door facing Vaksala Square. In areas of Hall D with floor heating, cars cannot be parked but may only be transported through. Floor heating is present in the Vaksala section and restaurant section, from the glass facade to the pillars in each part of the hall. Load-distributing plates must be used under the wheels at the display location, and mats must be placed under the tires. These must have the following minimum dimensions: width 40cm, depth 40cm, thickness 1 cm.

Cars can be exhibited both on our outdoor terrace and our outdoor stage. Police permits are required to use the grounds around Uppsala Concert & Congress, except for our outdoor stage facing Vaksala Square and the outdoor terrace. Additional fees to Uppsala Municipality for ground rental may apply.
Display on the Outdoor Terrace facing Storgatan
The area can support a maximum load of 4.5 tons. We recommend using a crane truck when placing larger vehicles on the terrace. Cars must be positioned so they do not block emergency exits from the building.
Display on the Outdoor Stage facing Vaksala Square
The outdoor stage is entirely made of concrete. Cars must be positioned so they do not block emergency exits from the building. Idling is not permitted as the building’s fresh air intake is located in the facade near the outdoor stage. We recommend using ramps when placing vehicles on the outdoor stage.

Information
Planering av utställning
Order floor plans for planning your exhibition from the conference department or download from the website via this link. Send the exhibition layout to us for approval at least one month before the event. It is not permitted to build stands in front of or adjacent to emergency exits or electrical panels. Emergency exit signs must not be blocked or concealed.

We are happy to provide contact information for companies that work with exhibition services and assist with trade fair or exhibition planning. Exhibition equipment such as poster displays, walls, standing tables, other furniture, computers, and lighting can be ordered through us or via our external trade fair organizer.
Mark utomhus
To use the area around Uppsala Concert & Congress, a permit from the police is required. The exception is our outdoor stage facing Vaksala torg and the outdoor seating area. A possible fee to Uppsala Municipality for land rental may apply.
Flaggor
There are six flagpoles, three facing Vaksala Square and three facing Storgatan. The flagpoles are twelve meters high and are designed for traditional flags that hang on the short side with a line. The flag’s long side should be maximum four meters.

The client (person, organization, or company responsible for ordering the event) is responsible for exhibited items, decorations, and other materials. If you are a representative of the client, you should ensure that insurance is taken out and, where applicable, recommend that exhibitors or others take out insurance.
