Winter’s most anticipated voice is back. At the end of the year, Sarah Dawn Finer embarks on a tour to celebrate the 15th anniversary of her acclaimed album Winterland – a record that has become a tradition in many Swedish homes. Starting in Västerås, the “Winterland 15th Anniversary Tour” takes us through 17 cities across the country.

It will be a long-awaited, warm and musical concert experience when Sarah, together with some of Sweden’s finest musicians; Göran Eriksson, Ola Hedén, Anders Hedlund and Thobias Gabrielson, performs songs from the Winterland album and her beloved repertoire that belongs to the season.

Her self-written songs from the winter albums, as well as her interpretations of both Christmas classics and other personal interpretations with great genre diversity such as Prince, Ron Sexsmith, Joni Mitchell and Tori Amos. Winterland, which was released on November 3, 2010, became an immediate success and 2010’s Christmas concert on SVT. The album was awarded a gold record and has since been followed up with Swedish Vinterland and Christmas singles and duets over the years.

Sarah has been praised by critics for her emotional interpretations and has become a modern classic among Swedish Christmas music.
