Conference Lunch Menu


Lunch is prepared using seasonal ingredients that are locally produced and organic whenever possible. We also use a smaller proportion of meat and increase the proportion of vegetables.

Water, raw vegetable salad, soft bread, and butter are served with lunch. Coffee/tea and homemade chocolate truffle are served after the meal.
